Opening it
Podium the Elite Championship, then pay the APEX licence fee and pass its three tests (below).

Licence
The APEX licence costs 600,000 CR to sit. Each test is one standing lap in the same test craft for everyone, CIRRUS tuned to Speed 92, Acceleration 90, Grip 80, Braking 78, Boost 84, Armour 50. Bronze passes; silver and gold are faster laps.

A silver medal pays 1,500 CR and a gold 4,500 CR the first time. Gold on all three brings CIRRUS CERTIFIED.
