Dune Cup is a ROOKIE championship cup. It runs 3 grid races. The heat and the crests.

Opening it

A podium in the Neon Opener opens it.

Races

Race Track Conditions
1 Glass Dunes heat
2 Neon City by Night night
3 Glass Dunes by Night heat and night

Points by place, as the daily cup: 25, 18, 15, 12, 10, 8, 6, 4, 2. The cup is finished before any other race.

Prizes

The first podium pays in full; after that a podium pays 25% of the credits and the same materials.

Place First time Again Materials
1st 1,000 CR 250 CR 16 Alloy, 2 Sun glass, 1 Ion cells
2nd 600 CR 150 CR 13 Alloy, 2 Sun glass, 1 Ion cells
3rd 450 CR 110 CR 10 Alloy, 2 Sun glass, 1 Ion cells

The first podium in it each day also pays Neon: 30 for 1st, 20 for 2nd, 10 for 3rd (see Printer gas).

A podium deals a blueprint from the cup's pool, always the first time and now and then after:

The first podium brings the Dune Cup pin.

A crate deals one of the cup's own things about 20% of the time, a case one time in two (and two at once about 4% of the time); the first win of a cup always deals one. A rank of a blueprint drops only once the rank before it is found. Once you own everything in a box, it pays rare materials instead: 2 Null core, 1 Apex alloy from a ROOKIE case, more in the classes above.
