Summit Core is a cup module. Hard braking charges the boost meter (18.5% a second), a lap without touching a wall refills 20% boost, and every energy cell mends 1.5% hull. Acceleration -2. It fits the Core slot.
It comes from the Grand Championship's own boxes and nowhere else.
